Andrew Healey Hislop (1887 - 6 July 1954) was a Scottish painter.[1][2]

Life

His father was Andrew Hislop (born c. 1858), a letterpress bookbinder from Edinburgh.

His mother was Isabella M. Healey (born c. 1858) from Edinburgh. Andrew and Isabella married in Edinburgh in 1886.

Andrew Healey Hislop was born in Edinburgh in 1887.[3]

He married the artist Margaret Ross Grant.[4]

Their daughter Vivian Hislop was also an artist.[5]

Death

He died on 6 July 1854 at the Western General Hospital in Edinburgh.[6]
