Potential new format?

There's a ton of whitespace in the current template. What if we reduce its size to something like this?

  • I agree. Even though the award's name might slightly vary on a state-to-state basis, the award itself is the same and it's redundant to spell out every single one. Since the title on the template already explains what it's called, all the reader needs are the state names. The same goes for the girls' template. Jrcla2 (talk) 21:23, 30 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]
  • I also see no problem with the suggested changes to the boys and girls templates. Comment: I would like to see the new template formats retain the link to the other gender, like the current templates now show in the bottom blue ribbon. Jlhcpa (talk) 22:59, 30 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

checkY Done. Revamped for better accessibility and added a free use image of the United States for aesthetic appeal. Jrcla2 (talk) 03:01, 18 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]
