This is based off of two lists from the ZfA:

• Georgia is categorized in Europe since it left the CIS: https://www.bva.bund.de/DE/Organisation/Abteilungen/Abteilung_ZfA/Auslandsschularbeit/Auslandsschulverzeichnis/WeltkarteDerSchulen/Europa/node.html
