According to the source for this flag, it has no official status and has only been used a handful of times. The source doesn't appear to be terribly reliable - the Fargo House Movement they refer to has been defunct for the last thirty years or more. Guettarda (talk) 03:28, 18 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]
