Template:Topic/country/doc

Source: Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia.

Usage

Template:Topic/country is used to create a link to an article about a country-related topic, such as History of Spain. It is designed to be called by a navigation template, so it only displays the country name (i.e. Spain).

This template accepts up to three unnamed parameters:

  1. (required) The ISO two-letter country code (see ISO 3166-1 alpha-2). This is passed to the {{iso2country}} template to generate the country name.
  2. (optional) Prefix text to be placed before the country name. The template places a space between the prefix and the country name.
  3. (optional) Suffix text to be placed after the country name. There is no space between the country name and the suffix, to allow for links to articles such as List of Spain-related topics. To include a space after the country name, start the suffix text with an underscore (see examples).
