ONLY the princesses CURRENTLY pictured on the Disney Princess website's homepage belong in this article; that is a longstanding convention for this article which predates Disney's first coronation ceremony (for Rapunzel in 2011). Do NOT add any other Disney heroines (such as Anna, Elsa, Elena, Vanellope) unless they have an official Disney coronation and/or are placed on the homepage as a Disney Princess. It is not known if Anna, Elsa, Elena or Vanellope will be declared an official Disney Princess (Merida and Rapunzel were both added within a year of the release of their films while Moana was added three years after her film was released). |
