This article was started at 20:27, 26 July 2021. There was a long-standing (2008) redirect from Zeng Wenhui to Tseng Wen-hui, but that was overwritten by the beginnings of a stub about the skateboarder at 08:13, 26 July 2021, so this new article was duplicating that when it was first created.
