Notability

Heller is probably notable per WP:NARTIST due to his work being in the permanent collections at the Gerald Ford Library and at DePauw. Bkissin (talk) 19:21, 8 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]

The Gerald Ford Library is not an art museum, and the sculpture is placed there more as memorabilia, having been presented to Ford.
