- Tschetter Colony, South Dakota is a place and all people surnamed Tschetter seem to be from the Dakotas. Kris Tschetter, Ron Tschetter, Sotera Tschetter are all from South Dakota. - IIRC, I started it in my user space and discovered draft space. I prefer draft space for a subject like this who is still in the public eye and might have a page created by someone else.
