Title is... Less that informative

As the first survey of Yellowstone, shouldn't that be in the title? This article doesn't come up when you search for Yellowstone and expedition - the members come up first and some made multiple surveys. 76.21.107.221 (talk) 17:01, 13 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Disparity in who provided the commissary for the expedition.

Wikipedia ascribes the commissary to a Benjamin C. Stickney Jr. Langford's "The Discovery of Yellowstone Park" journal ascribes the commissary to Benjamin F. Stickney (My Great Grand Uncle}. The portrait of "Benj" Stickney between pages 68 and 69 does not appear to be the likeness of Benjamin F Stickney. For Comparison a portrait of Benjamin F Stickney is located on Page 298 of "Dearborn Country - A History OFTHE DEARBORN,WOLF CREEK AND CRAIG AREAS". This account also ascribes the commissary to Benjamin F Stickney. My genealogical information indicates that Benjamin F Stickney would be have been 32 years old at the time of the expedition.Rstickney7697 (talk) 23:37, 12 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]
