I removed the speedy tag, as the current article does not fit the criterion of "no context".

I also added a notability tag. IMO an article about United States-South America relations is certainly worthy, probably in the context of History of the United States. I doubt that this trip of G.W.Bush to South America would be much more than a small paragraph on such article. - Nabla 23:57, 24 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]
