Hello, I am new to the Wiki coomunity and do not know if this is the correct method or process in which to contribute. My Uncle Joseph H Carey http://www.wwiimemorial.com/registry/search/pframe.asp?HonoreeID=273815&popcount=1&tcount=5
was a sailor on the Ingraham and died at sea. My father (his brother) has a picture of the Ingraham, which I would like to contribute to this article. Would it be appropriate to take the picture and scan it in and then submit it to you? I would like to honor my fathers brother in some small way.
