"Abuse" of concepts of liberty

If there's going to be an "rhetorical abuse of positive liberty" section, then surely considerations of balance indicate that there should be a "rhetorical abuse of negative liberty" section. Positive liberty should be defined in the introduction

The introduction includes Berlin's definition of negative liberty, but his definition of positive liberty should included in the introduction too. 86.27.249.220 (talk) 23:03, 2 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
