Original research

The "Reason" section in both The Most Annoying People of 2009 and The Most Annoying People of 2010 is essentially original research in its entirety? Should it be removed, is this grounds for article deletion? Atomician (talk) 17:30, 24 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Copyright concerns

Pursuant to advice from the Wikimedia Foundation's attorney, we are unable to reproduce lists of this type in their entirety. Accordingly, this list has been truncated to the top 10. This in itself exceeds her recommendations, as she advises that the top 10 of such lists is the most commercially valuable and that when presented (as here) without any critical commentary, the list is merely superseding the original, rather than transforming it, which hurts any claim it may have to fair use. It may be more appropriate to delete this article (and more in keeping with her advice), unless some sourced critical commentary is added.
