This article should not be speedy deleted as being recently created, having no relevant page history and duplicating an existing English Wikipedia topic, because, for one, it is a 3000 page report that was a result of a seven year official investigation that led to the downfall of a Cabinet six days later. --Whatthatspells (talk) 09:20, 11 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]
