In what year did the name change from "Stockton Junior College" to "San Joaquin Delta College"? — Quicksilver^{T @} 15:59, 16 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Per the image use policy, images in articles should increase readers' understanding of the article's subject matter, usually by directly depicting people, things, activities, and concepts described in the article. A close-up photograph of koi and ducks does nothing to increase readers' understanding of the college. It is merely decorative and should not be included in the article.
