Link to OMSN just links back to the original page, I'm thinking about removing the link. Any ideas? And i also think there should be a page for all Russian military stubs because this article is short. Help would be nice. Thanks, Aknut941 (talk) 01:50, 26 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I am proposing the content in SOBR be merged to OMSN for the following reasons:

• The SOBR was the name of the organisation prior to reclassification, according to information in the article. The OMSN is the most recent name.
• Much of both articles mirror each other, though SOBR is more detailed. (diff: OMSN on left, SOBR on right)

I may be mistaken on the end sentence, as it says in the SOBR article that they might be using the old name:

The units got back their historic name, "SOBR", as a part of the Ministry of the Interior reform late in 2011.
