Removed Buick GTO References

I removed any references to a Buick GTO as it is an incorrect assumption made by an unidentifiable internet source. Bub Lutz has repeatedly stated over and over again that the Pontiac GTO is here to stay and no mentions of a Buick Variant have appeared in any official GM print literature or in any directly attritible quotations from relevant GM Officers.

Reason for Merger

The reason I suggested the merger is that all the info contained in this article is pretty much in the regular Pontiac GTO article. Also, it extends past the 2004 generation, making this article redundant. Other articles that discuss one generation are isolated to one generation. Bok269 23:38, 29 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I concur. Other vehicles do not have separate pages for their revivals (even if they are several decades apart). All this information (if not already) should be included on the main GTO page and this should be redirected there in my opinion. -HumanZoom 04:40, 3 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I third a merger, even if the old guys hate our new cars, they are still part of the history.
