User:Red-tailed hawk I'm tagging you because you drafted this page. There's currently an article on Wikipedia titled Transgender people in Nazi Germany which could probably be merged with this, as it's a stub with only two sentences. Maivea (talk) 21:58, 16 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Yeah that would make sense. No need to have two separate articles at this point, from a WP:NOPAGE perspective. I've moved into mainspace so that the history doesn't get deleted, but I have no objection to a merge. — Red-tailed hawk (nest) 22:01, 16 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I will also note that the creation of this article predates the other article by several months. — Red-tailed hawk (nest) 22:02, 16 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Wow, that was quick! I think the only issue from here will be the titling, and whether to call it "Persecution of trans(gender) people in Nazi Germany" à la Persecution of homosexuals in Nazi Germany or "Transgender people in Nazi Germany" à la Lesbians in Nazi Germany, which would depend on the extent of the persecution. I agree. I lean towards keeping this title based off of my reading of sources, but I also can't read German all that well so I might be missing some things that are more focused on life outside of persecution. — Red-tailed hawk (nest) 22:36, 16 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
