Article is erroneously specific to lung

The body of this article is specifically written for papillary adenocarcinoma of the lung, and includes links at the bottom to lung specific articles. The term papillary adenocarcinoma itself is not organ specific, though. Papillary adenocarcinoma is a generic histopathologic term for the cancer morphology. This cancer type can be found arising from many tissues, such as lung, ovary, small bowel, appendix, or the colon.
