  Gerald Waldo Luis, Well, "on tap" redirects to Draught beer, but margaritas are not beer so I don't think the link applies.   Another Believer, so I did a check, Oxford said that, in terms of drinks, it means "ready to be poured from a tap." I do think there has to be a simpler wording, or clarification.
