Hi. For the purposes of the WikiProject Computer Security, I've assessed the quality of the article, as it stands, as "C", and the importance as "Mid". These are objective assessments, based on the criteria documented in the links above, not my personal views on the topic; the quality assessment was requested by Blank61 (talk·contribs) on 9 December 2020. My rationale for the "C" quality is that the article, though well-organized and reasonably comprehensive, remains the work of a small number of individuals, with more than half of the contributions overall attributable to Blank61 (thank you!). My rationale for upgrading the article from "Low" to "Mid" importance is that it discusses one of only a small set of state actors in the cyber-conflict arena, and arguably the most active one; and that this, in turn, constitutes a notable portion of overall cybersecurity incidents. My recommendation for next steps in improving the quality of the article would be to solicit input from, and review by, additional topical experts. Please feel free to request another quality assessment if the article changes substantially, or if you feel that a second opinion is warranted. Thanks, and good luck!
