Outat El Haj is a Moroccan town situated on Moulouya River. It belongs to Province Boulenane.It is situated between the city's: Midelt- Missour and Guercif. One of the most known family's in Outat is= LOUGRAD CHAKORI TWALI ORIGINALLY FROM DAHRA.

Their grand father is El Haj Kaddour LOUGRAD wald abdelkrim wald Hayda Wald Bouchakor who belongs to OULAD EL HAJ.Their ancestres came from YEMEN as NOMADS and settled in DAHRA. DAHRA IS =LES HAUTS PLATEAUX. The main places known their are: Wad Ghagh, Maatarka, Tizghayin and El Hassi Lahmar. Family LOUGRAD settles in WAD GHAGH in DAHRA ten East of Outat El Haj across TISSAF and REKKAM.

One of the most known GrandSons (of LOUGRAD and Tribe OULAD EL HAJ) is LAKHDAR LOUGRAD living now in the Netherlands (Hollande=Pays-Bas).He is from this village and tribe. He studied at the University of MOH I in Oujda(Marokko). Then he immigrated to the Netherlands. He studied there at the Social Academy in Rotterdam, then Journalism in Utrecht, then Management. He is one of the known Moroccan Migrants in Holland. Lakhdar Lougrad was the Founder and the Chairman of =Instituut Marokko Nederland voor Ontwikkeling in Holland. Lakhdar Lougrad is the founder and also the Chairman/President of ==MAROCAINS SANS FRONTIERES. Anothet Famous, Known, important genious persons from OUTAT EL HAJ are: El Idrissi Rachid= who studied physics in France. He discovered Uranium from Fosfat. He is killed because of this scientific and genious discovery. Another one is Sghiri who worked by NASA in USA and his death is an enigma. Another academic, known personnality is AbdelAziz Al Alaoui Al Hafidi, Lawyer and second deputy at the Parlement. Short, OUTAT EL HAJ IS A POOR tOWN, RICH AND PLENTIFUL WITH ITS PEOPLE There is also another big respectable family in outat Elhaj ; The family BOUZIANI. One of the known and interesting persons in this family is MOHAMMED BOUZIANI.
