Content box not appearing?

I wonder why the Content box isn't appearing for this article??? Kljs 20:14, 27 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Could anyone help out with the content box not appearing? Kljs 17:40, 29 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Name Change?

Shouldn't this article just be named Dragon. I know his full name has been revealed and all but wouldn't it be less spoilerific to just use Dragon (it is a big spoiler). The Gold Roger and Blackbeard articles kind of sets a precedence for D. characters whose relation to being a D. is a huge spoiler. I mean they use their most common names rather their proper and full names.

I agree. His name is a huge spoiler. Alessandriana 01:55, 31 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I also agree, the spoiler warning is at the top of the article, but the title itself is a huge spoiler that just ruined alot of story for me. Its my fault for looking up characters from farther ahead in the story, but I expected I could at least glance at the first paragraph without learning something so important to the story.74.97.157.249 02:52, 12 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Yeah but everything from the point of a spoiler warning = spoiler stuff... Thats whats its there for. My view is if the spoiler is there and you read on, whether you like it or not, if you are spoilt its down to you. You have the warning you have to reguard EVERYTHING from that point onwards as a maybe spoiler. In other words, everything should just stop complaining. Would you like us to remove the spoiler warning completely and say "tough luck you'll just have to be spoilt?". Angel Emfrbl 07:16, 12 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Yes everything FROM the point of the spoiler warning on = spoiler stuff. Yet the title of the article, which comes before the spoiler warning has a huge spoiler in it.

"Monkey D. Dragon
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Spoiler warning: Plot and/or ending details follow."

I'm not asking any spoilers be taken out of the article, just that his full name is only mentioned after the spoiler warning. I don't think it will be any less informative if you have to read a couple sentences to know his full name. With the way it is you would need to put a spoiler warning before every link to this article for it to be before the spoilers, because a link from the word "Dragon" on another One Piece related page doesn't hint the title of the article will be a spoiler.74.97.157.249 15:20, 12 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

The name can't be helped... You realise how many "Dragons" are on wikipedia? I suppose it could be named "Dragon (one Piece)" but does it matter? We have to have a vote to get it moved... Reguardless, names can't be helped. Strickly speaking, putting "Franky" is a spoiler but again it can't be helped. If we worry about Dragon what about Franky then, according to the US dub, this IS a spoiler? Angel Emfrbl 12:07, 13 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Franky's name spoils maybe the existance of a character, but Monkey D. Dragon spoils his relation to another character. But oh well, guess people should just stay away from encyclopedia information on characters if they aren't caught up in the show.74.97.157.249 03:44, 1 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Uneeded page

Thi spage is rather uninformitive. The characters in the series themselves said it right 'Dragon is a mysterious guy'. There is little info on him meaning, he is still counted as a minor character. We have more info on some of the minor characters then we do on him. So I'm asking it straight - Do we really need this page?

I'm not going to put this up for deletation, but I like everyone to discuss its importance. Angel Emfrbl 22:45, 23 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Wind Blast

Shouldn't it be pointed out that it's only mentioned in the Viz translation of the manga? The original made mentioned of it being a storm by the Navy officers caught in it. Plus Dragon looks to be guarding himself from the wind as well, along with Smoker, rather than commanding any sort of technique or attack.

Yeah, we don't know if he has a Devil Fruit power even. He probaberly does, but that wind thing doesn't mean a thing in One Piece. You have a guy that can knock people out by walking past them with his spirit... Angel Emfrbl 10:08, 20 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Somebody marked Dragon as "fictional characters with the power to manipulate wind". No speculation on Wikipedia, please. Lancaster D Mistletoe 08:31, 20 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Do you suppose the name comes from the Chinese Dragon? If he's revealed to be a DF user, he might be a zoan-type.

We can't hold discussions like this on wikipedia... ^-^' Angel Emfrbl 08:22, 24 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]
