Hi... I just thought I'd point this tid bit from the "Rockman X Collected Sourcebook" out..

"Mettool C-15 Repliroid who watches the factory. From the former series that worked at the factory, but this time they were actually advanced enough so as to be placed as chiefs of the factory. "

Poor translation, and I can't verify it 100%, but it seems Metools (as well as quite a few other simpler enemies) are actually reploids, not mechaniloids. And yes, the X1 sourcebook does use the term mechaniloid. The Bipedal Gun Volt robot from the highway stage is actually a mechaniloid. Also, weirdly, the Rolling Gabyool is a reploid, despite having no anthropomorphic features to speak of.

In general, it'd probably be best to limit this article to the Mechaniloids in the Mega Man X and Zero series (and perhaps ZX soon), specifically those we know to be Mechaniloids from a Capcom source. Stretching it past those series is more speculation than fact. In Maverick Hunter X they use the term Mechaniloid plenty, in Mega Man Powered Up, they're just robots. I'm not just editing the page though, because well.. I'd rather have a consensus before doing anything major like that.
