'Math' is a contraction of 'Mathematics' that is unique to the USofA. 'Maths' is more widely used in English-speaking countries. Normally such a situation would be handled in Wikipedia by creating two disambiguation pages, one for each contraction, and directing both towards the page for the full form.

In this case there is only a 'Math (disambiguation)' page. There is no 'Maths (disambiguation)' page.

I added Maths O. Sundqvist to the dab page in this edit (the page already lists "Mathematical Anti Telharsic Harfatum Septomin" and Maths (song), so there are now three things on that page that could be referred to as "Maths"). In addition, I changed the lead to mention both "math" and "maths" an equal number of times in the same edit. Furthermore, I also created Maths (disambiguation) as a redirect to Math (disambiguation). All of your worries about US-centrism should be fixed now.
