This has been mentioned in most of Iran's official media. Even by one of the political analysts - Davar Mir - this is stated in this way: Dr. Pezeshkian, if elected, will become the most educated president in the history of the world with a specialist degree and a scientific rank of full professor.   @Zafer, that is true. Despite lots of sources in Iran saying his mother is Kurdish, Masoud said his mother is a Azerbaijani Turk. This video belongs to BBC NEWS AZERBAIJANI.   Pezeshkian's mother and father are both Azerbaijani turks lived in Urmia and Masoud was born in Mahabad.
