Oldest son?
Only one reference I could find states he is the oldest son: http://www.bible-history.com/smiths/L/Lotan/ (1901). Have any modern scholars supported this view? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Rexbobo (talk • contribs) 16:10, 2012 March 11 (UTC)
- The bible generally writes names of descendants by order of birth, so if he is first in the verse (Genesis 36, 20) the default option is that he is the oldest. DGtal (talk) 07:36, 2 June 2021 (UTC)
