German Nazi flag removed as abusive for belorussian people or until the author will add this flag to all countries that were under nazi occupation e.g. Poland, Netherlands, France , so on... Lisouczyk1 (talk) 12:36, 29 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

White-Red-White

Additionally, is there link to documents of german occupation administration where White-Red-White flag is declared as official on territory of Belarus ? Lisouczyk1 (talk) 12:40, 29 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

This, the white/red flag, is the popular one the anti-Lukasjenko protestors use today. But it's history is controversial as the nazis used it during the WW2 occupation. - Blue Chip 2. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 83.254.142.76 (talk) 18:18, 26 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Errors?

filename of the 1944-1951 flag is different from the one listed in the page, gap between 1940-1942, reverse obverse

I noticed the filename of the 1944-1951 flag is different from the one listed of page. Anyone know why this is? Additionally, why is there a gap between 1940-1942? 7s3s (talk) 02:24, 26 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

In fact, the gap is 1940-1944 for BSSR. Anyway, the article is pretty much unreferenced. There is Флаги БССР 1920-1990 @ vexillographia.ru. One may bring our article into the accordance with this ref; I don't care to do this. - Altenmann >talk 02:39, 26 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
