Merge with Ford Aspire

Support: Apparently, the Kia was rebranded as a Ford when it was sold in the US. If that's the case and some solid references are added, I support the merge. Banaticus (talk) 04:57, 7 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

But which came first? The Ford Aspire/Festiva (2nd gen) or the Kia Avella? In the case of the first Festiva/Kia Pride/Mazda 121 it was the Ford version that appeared first (1986 in Japan), but that car did have a more complicated history due to the greater Mazda input. I think we need to be certain about the history before merging, though I agree there's too much redundant information about this car between here, Ford Aspire, *and* Ford Festiva#Second generation (1994–2000). --Zilog Jones (talk) 20:24, 14 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]
