The line at the top says "In accordance with Vietnamese custom, this person should be referred to by the given name, Huy.", but then the article refers to him as "Quan", e.g. "As a child actor, Quan rose to fame playing Short Round". Birth date / year
I removed the birth date, which was cited to WP:IMDB, a source that is not usable for that sort of sensitive biographical detail. Does anyone know of stronger sources, ones that complies with WP:DOB?
In the meantime, we have a well-sourced year of birth, 1971. One IP and Corrigo98 have said that Quan disputes this, saying he was born in 1970. Corrigo, could you tell us approximately when in the podcast Quan talks about this? Firefangledfeathers (talk / contribs) 14:23, 18 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
