Party affiliation

Jaruga never was a member of Democratic Left Alliance, even thoug she was twice elected form DLA list: in 2005 as a member of Union of the Left (and the leader thereof), and in 2007 as independent. Earlier she was a member of the Labour Union, the leader of LU in 2004-2005, twice elected to the Sejm as a LU politician: in 1993 (LU list) and 2001 (LU-DLA coalition).
