Requested move

This page is essentially the same as the already existent page I propose moving the entry to. I have no personal preference for either, although I can see someone has added more details to one. Otherwise it appears the entries are duplicated anyway.

I suggest this entry's name be the one no longer used, because it is not an actual location name in the sense of a city name like "Minneapolis, Minnesota" or "The Bronx, New York".

Discussion

The merge is done. This doesn't need to be a move with admin involvement. Tedernst | talk 20:42, 9 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Tough one. Both Gold Coast, Queensland and Gold Coast (Florida) exist, so there isn't a clear precedent to follow. The merge suggested above has been implemented, but the histories probably should be merged, but the question is at what title. I could probably argue both sides; might be good to try and solicit opinions from people involved with the other two articles to try and get some consensus on all three so they can be consistent with each other.
