There is something very wrong here.

The text on this page is contradicted by the diagram. For example, the text shows pasta to be very good and lean meat to be not so good (high GI). The diagram shows the opposite. Which is correct?

Article does not quite match up with glycemic index

Examples: Bread and pasta are rather very high GI. Nuts and seeds are very low. Oils, meat, poultry and eggs are pretty much zero GI.
