Misleading lead

The lead suggests, that sites are first placed on the List of World Heritage in Danger and only then are delisted (i.e. become former sites). While this procedure is true for the Elbe valley site, the Arabian Oryx Sanctuary was never on the List of World Heritage in Danger AFAIK. bamse (talk) 22:43, 26 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
