The last math expression in the article says

${\displaystyle P(|\mu -\sigma |)\leq 0.5\,}$

Pinelis' result as stated now seems trivial and can be deleted. Probabilities are always bounded by 1, and the ${\displaystyle k^{-2}}$ follows right away from Chebyshev's inequality. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 67.149.67.183 (talk) 19:40, 19 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]
