I just made corrections in my recent edit. Golfobserver has the wrong results up for Caponi in 1976.[1] Compare The Carlton in the old edit[2] with this news article.[3]
GO is an excellent source for results but occasionally its owner makes mistakes. If an editor finds any golfer's results at GO in doubt, check them against Google News archive or other reliable sources. You can also drop me a heads up. I'm good at sifting out the right info.- William 15:46, 21 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Yes Caponi won the Carlton by 5
but this article states she won it by four.[4] So its confusing rather than helpful as a reference.William 01:13, 25 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]
