PROD

I came across this as a PROD and initially I deleted it. Then I had second thoughts and did a Google Search on her and the bands. I undeleted. Yes, the article needs references badly, SOFIXIT! This is exactly the sort of information people may come here seeking about someone who is notable enough to look for her but not notable enough to be covered by print encyclopedias. Deletion does not save any space, this is not going to get in the way or confuse, it has no apparent signs of WP:COI.--Doug.(talk contribs) 05:54, 21 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Afd?

I have looked for references that are other than a name mention and couldn't find anything. A number of the very few hits were other people. The prod process has been used up so someone should take this to afd, perhaps. Thoughts? --Stormbay (talk) 17:00, 8 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

If she is a member of those two notable bands then, per WP:MUSIC, she is generally notable. Keeping it as a stub seems preferrable to me than redirecting to one of those bands, although I have a hard time finding anything but trivial mentions in reliable sources, too. However, thus far I haven't found anything to prove that she is a member of Shalabi Effect and would support redirecting to Valley of the Giants (band) instead (again, per WP:MUSIC). --AmaltheaTalk 20:17, 10 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]
A redirect would be fine with maybe a one sentence merge at her name to say who and where she fits in Canadian music. --Stormbay (talk) 23:47, 10 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]
