Note about Croatia

I was in two minds about whether I should place Croatia here, or on Culture of the Western Balkans which I also recently created. I have observed that Croatia has now joined both the EU and NATO, it has in a sense made a break with its "Balkan" stigma. One could say the same for Bulgaria and Romania, but they are largely Orthodox, while Croatia is Roman Catholic, and Bulgaria/Romania have a distinct Ottoman Turkish influence as opposed to the German/Central Europeanism of Croatia, and so I decided to place Croatia in this family group. --Tomb Blaster (talk) 09:27, 9 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]
