Editors should be aware that there is a discussion on the Canceled Apollo missions page about for which mission the museum's lander was scheduled. Please keep the discussion there, and not here. Thanks. --Eliyahu STalk 19:41, 22 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
The article contradicts itself: the intro text says the museum is located in Uniondale; the infobox says Garden City. The Garden City page mentions the museum, but the Uniondale page does not. I can only assume Uniondale is incorrect. JustinTime55 (talk) 12:35, 2 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]
A list of airfields?
I am wondering if the article should have a section with a brief description of airfields on Long Island - those that contributed to "the Cradle of Aviation". I ask because of the new article Columbia Field (Curtiss Field), but I find no obvious place to include this link. The name "Curtiss Field" is also rather confusing, since there were a few airfields of that name. Lindbergh left from Curtiss Field, next to Roosevelt Field, for his transAtlantic flight, for example. Not the Curtiss Field that would become Columbia Field.
