Improvements to Article
I made some changes in this article. I have improved references, and content and some more details. This article is fairly acceptable now (although the recipe is not encyclopedic content). We should add data and references, and never remove information that is already in the article (because they are OK).
As personal experience, it is not encyclopedic but still it would, I attest that the chipa so'o is also eaten in the Northeastern of Argentina]] where is quite typical.
We should improve this article, and not remove information (because it is okay, right now), this is the way to improve this article.
