Feedback from New Page Review process

I left the following feedback for the creator/future reviewers while reviewing this article: This article mentions that the Big Five are popular because thy offer "cheap or even free services". That is true from one point of view, but nothing is free. Instead of paying with money, you pay with your personal information. There is a lot of criticism of this process; see for example the works of Jaron Lanier..

@Doomsdayer520: Thank you for your feedback. I think it is obvious that "free" here means the general sense of "not paying any upfront monetary price" for the services. Thanks for bringing up the criticism that users are implicitly paying these services with their personal information. I am aware of it. So, for the critical commentaries of the kind you just mentioned, would you care to add some of them in a new "Criticism" section, maybe citing Lanier (I am personally not aware of his work on this)?
