Citation for first sentence

The first sentence in the article states, Bay Islands English, or Caracol Patwah, also called Bay Islands Creole English, or Caracol, is a semi-creolised dialect of Caymanian Creole English spoken in the Bay Islands Department (Guanaja, Roatán, Utila).
