Antoine Van Agtmael

There is no wikipedia page for Antoine Van Agtmael but he is mentioned (correctly) under "emerging markets" as the person who coined the term.

At the time (1981), he was an investment officer at the International Finance Corporation (later Deputy Director) of the Capital Markets Department of the International Finance Corporation, the private sector arm of the world Bank.

Why no page for his own name as he is very frequently cited.
