Article notability justification

This is a remake of the past article. References are included. any help is welcome.

I am not entirely clear what you are saying. Are you saying with "This is a remake of the past article" that this article has been created and (presumably) deleted before, but that you think it is OK now because it now has references? Please be adivised that articles on living people require (to pass the WP:Notability requirement) references (preferablly a minimum of 3), and that the references must be from reliable sources (WP:RS), and that such sources must be secondary sources. Mercy11: Thank you for helping. What is wrong with the external link that I use as a reference? One is based on the official web page of the Justice Department of the government of puerto rico. Also I'm using an extended link of the news paper of The Vocero that have an article of Albert Grajales and his function as Interpol director of PR. The other liable page is the SPY Conference of Law Enforcement (please view all links). Thank you, Stealth Warrior

The problem with most of those references is that they are not references ABOUT this person, but references about other matters (kidnappings, conferences, etc) were he just happens to be mentioned because he attended a conference or becuase he reported something in his official director capacity. For example, his issuing a press release about some kidnappings does not, in general, proves notability because he is expected to do as part of his regular work duties as an interpol director.
What you need to do is locate references ABOUT him: Examples: where he was born, when was born, who were his parents, where he attended school, where he graduated from (HS and univ). Then located references where he stands out from the other interpol directors; maybe he did something unique that the others don't do, such as implement a new technique to catch terrorists quicker, etc. Maybe he got a special award from the Justice Dept, or the Congressional Medal of Honor, or the Presidential Medal of Freedom, etc. Maybe he trains other interpol agents on terrorism, or maybe he was the keyspeaker at some FBI/CIA/ etc COnference on Counter-terrorism.
Your sources (Vocero, Raleigh Times, etc) are good sources becasue they are reliable secondary sources. However, the information on them has to be ABOUT him. We may be able to use some of those sources, but you will probably need more, much more.
I will try to work on this article a bot to see if it can be saved. But if you are familiar with this person, you already ha a head start over me, as this is teh first time I hear his name.
By the way, be sure you sign your postings on this and any other Talk pages. You do that by typing four squiggles, like this >>>> ("~~~~"), at the end of your text.
