airship for final fantasy vi

i think the mode7 (is it? or quasi-3d) picture of the airship is an inadequate representation. I think sprites of both the WoB and the WoR airships are due. Lockeownzj00 06:03, 5 August 2005 (UTC)[reply]

  • It's mode7, one of the most popular type of graphics at that time. Yeah, actually a lot of airships on the page have more than one model but only one is shown for now. I'm going to resolve that problem soon. – DarkEvil 13:15, August 5, 2005 (UTC)

Fahrenheit

It's common knowledge, but wrong: FFX-2 did not state that the FFX airship was called Fahrenheit. (Check the full game script at GameFAQs if you like.) Fahrenheit *was* the name of the airship in Bahamut Lagoon, but not the one in FFX, which to my knowledge was never named. Cidolfas 22:33, 25 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

It's called the Fahrenheit in the FFX-2 International Ultimania Omega. The editor Ryu Kaze has found and confirmed it awhile ago. It certainly is called the Fahrenheit. You're not going to find it though in the US game or script.198.213.57.8 01:59, 20 November 2006 (UTC)Makoeyes[reply]

Fate of this article

I believe that once all FF articles have been considered near-featured quality, we can redirect this page to the main final fantasy page, with a paragraph or two describing airships. Definitely not delete, because that would mean losing significant edit history, which is why deletion is last resort. — Deckiller 11:55, 1 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

FFXII section

Couldn't the section on FFXII airships be expanded? FFXII truly features the most extensive use of airships to date, and several airships (such as the Strahl, the Leviathan, and the Sky Fortress Bahamut) play a significant role in the story. Couldn't there be a little more added to this section? TPrice180 12:41, 03 February 2007

Ivalice

Wasn't FFXII's Ivalice confirmed by Square Enix to be the same Ivalice as in FFT? Slimeknight 00:24, 14 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, except with a time difference of a few centuries. --Eperdermic, 00:09, 18 March 2007 (UTC)

Merge?

Where is the merge discussion referenced in the edit history? MrZaiustalk 06:13, 25 May 2007 (UTC) Found it: [1] MrZaiustalk 06:19, 25 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]
