Original research
This article appears to be Wikipedia:original research given the lack of reliable sources calling it a housing bubble. I agree with deletion proposal.
Still worth improving so that any reliable sources can be merged into Housing crisis#2020s U.S. housing crisis (shortage and affordability crisis) Superb Owl (talk) 17:47, 25 July 2024 (UTC)
2020s United States housing crisis
2020s United States housing crisis?
Otherwise I will probably just merge the causes section to that other page with a couple graphs.

- Please do not merge any content until the issues are addressed here first. I am having a hard time finding usable content here Superb Owl (talk) 14:28, 26 July 2024 (UTC)
- I would recommend taking this to a sandbox and working on it there Superb Owl (talk) 14:38, 26 July 2024 (UTC)
- Please see WP:OR and WP:SYNTH. Unless sources call this BUBBLE, than it is OR. Housing crisis? yes, it is a deep housing SHORTAGE. Separately, part of OR is correlation is not causation.
- Separately, Thank you very much for the many good graphs you have created here and elsewhere!! ---Avatar317(talk) 23:43, 26 July 2024 (UTC)
