@Impru20: Note that MOS:NUMERAL applies to integers, while MOS:FRAC applies to fractions and mixed numbers: "Mixed numbers are usually given in figures". Also, the hyphens are wrong in spelled-out numbers that are not used in a compound modifier, such as "a three-and-a-half-year period", but even that example should be changed to "a 3+1⁄2-year period".
