Was their preseason undefeated as well? 1973 Miami Dolphins Season mentions that preseason. I'm surprised that this season doesn't. MMetro (talk) 18:50, 3 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Bob Griese's ankle was replaced by Earl Morrall? That's what the article says. It also lists Griese, Morrall, and Larry Csonka as teammates of Coach Shula, which is very democratic, and astutely points out that there were many other players on the team. I was a 5th grader in 1972, as the author of this article apparently is today. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Jollyox (talk • contribs) 00:26, 28 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
40 years later...
I was wondering if there should be something added that The 1972 Dolphins finally got to visit the President, after 40 years. (I think this is a tradition now that a winning team in any league visits the President) Thanks Magnum Serpentine (talk) 19:50, 20 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Well, I am sure I checked the article closely but wouldn't you know that just after I post the above post here (In the talk section that is), when someone already posted that the team got to visit Obama. My apologies Magnum Serpentine (talk) 19:53, 20 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
