Where is it used in Old Norse? I only see Rr at http://www.omniglot.com/writing/oldnorse.htm

It was lost in Old West Norse, though survived centuries longer in Old East Norse. Normalized Old Norse is based on Old Icelandic which had lost this special form of r. Thus, it can't be found in the site you linked to. Please, take a look at the Algiz rune which is what this letter is a Latinized transliteration of.
